Lifestyle Management work involves the client and therapist working together to define and attend to goals that the client feels would enhance their quality of life and wellbeing.  They are not necessarily suffering from a disorder or condition, but recognise that some areas of their life are not where they would like them to be.

Common areas that are targeted include:

  • Weight loss
  • Exercise planning and maintenance
  • Sport performance improvement
  • Smoking cessation
  • Diet planning for optimal health and wellbeing
  • Career planning
  • Study techniques
