Medicare Better Access Rebates for Group Sessions

Clients with a valid Mental Health Care Plan are eligible to claim a Medicare rebate for up to 10 group therapy sessions per year, in addition to individual session rebates. Group programs offered at this clinic are clinician-led and structured to meet the eligibility criteria for these Medicare rebates.

Group programs are psychoeducational and supportive in nature, delivered in line with professional and ethical standards.

A psychoeducational group exploring common relational patterns, emotional load, and system-level dynamics that can contribute to fatigue, confusion, and distress in close relationships.

Navigating Family of Origin

A systems-informed group focused on understanding family roles, inherited patterns, and relational dynamics, and how these may continue to influence adult relationships and emotional wellbeing.

Parenting Pivot: Emotional Leadership, Clarity, and Boundaries

A supportive group examining emotional leadership in parenting, communication, and boundary-setting, with attention to the needs of healthy family systems and reflective parenting practices.

All Things Love: Attachment and Relationship Patterns

An attachment-informed group exploring intimacy, connection, expectations, and boundaries in adult relationships, with an emphasis on insight and practical understanding.

Men & Women: Understanding Relational Differences

A collaborative group examining common differences in communication styles, emotional processing, and relational expectations, with the aim of increasing mutual understanding and respectful dialogue.

Breathing Skills for Nervous System Regulation

A skills-based group introducing a range of breathing techniques commonly used to support nervous system regulation, relaxation, and activation, taught within a safety-informed, psychoeducational framework.

Reclaiming Self-Trust & Authority

This group is designed for individuals who are highly reflective, empathic, and values-driven, and who may experience patterns of over-responsibility, self-doubt, or excessive moral self-monitoring.
